Stephanie Glaser - Managing Broker










Stephanie Glaser brings a wealth of experience and insight, as well as a passion for integrity, to her role as founder and guiding force behind Vertical Brokerage, Inc. Her teams work in the key areas of retail and office leasing and sales, medical office development and leasing, and industrial properties. 

Prior to launching her firm in 2007, Stephanie honed her specialty in office and retail leasing while employed at Chicago-based Sheldon Good & Co. There, Glaser grew particularly adept at ascertaining the specific needs of her clients, enabling her to align them with optimal space opportunities. This talent, combined with her mathematics and financial expertise as well as her enviable negotiating skills, has helped Stephanie forge an outstanding record of obtaining the best possible financial deals for both tenants and landlords. 

With more than a decade of experience in commercial enterprise service to the insurance and real estate industries, Stephanie’s expertise ranges from risk management and RFPs to presentation and technology utilizations. 

She has worked with Die-Tech Industries, Wintrust Mortgage, Alivio Medical, Traxcom Technologies, Sticky Fingers Gourmet Popcorn, Absolutely Chinese, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and numerous other clients to establish Chicago-area business locations. In addition, her ability to forge relationships with the CEOs, CFOs and risk managers of Fortune 500 companies led Arthur J. Gallagher & Company to uncover new products and clients. 

Above all, Stephanie understands how much the right real estate solution can impact the viability of clients’ businesses. From the start of her career, she has been deeply committed to operating with integrity and putting the client first. As a result, she’s equally successful in representing prospective tenants, landlords or building owners, and bringing parties together in investment property deals. 

Stephanie earned a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from the University of Iowa. She gained additional training in courses in Financial Analysis for Commercial Real Estate and other real estate education programs through CCIM, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
